With 20+ years of coaching experience, Aaron leads the training system behind Longevity's strength, conditioning, and transformation programs. His focus is helping busy adults build strength, lose fat, move better, and stay consistent for life.

Lead Coach + Nutrition Coach
Kathy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and Women's Fitness Specialist with a sharp eye for form, flow, and member progress.
She helps members move better, train with confidence, and build the nutrition habits that support real results.

Junior Coach + Yoga Teacher
Lorena brings a recovery-focused approach to the Longevity team through yoga, mobility, and mindful movement.
Her focus is helping members improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, recover better, and support their training outside of high-intensity workouts.

Junior Coach
Aldo has been a Longevity athlete for over 4 years and brings a collegiate athletic background, golf experience, and firsthand understanding of the Longevity training system.
He focuses on strength basics, form, consistency, and helping newer members feel comfortable from day one.
