Nutrition & Recovery Support

Training is only part of the equation. Longevity Athletics provides nutrition coaching and recovery support to complete the picture, so your effort inside the gym is supported by the habits you build outside it.

This includes optional 1-on-1 nutrition coaching and restorative yoga classes to support recovery, mobility, and long-term sustainability.

Training Formats

How we train at Longevity.

Every format is built around the same core method: coached, progressive, and accountable.

Group Personal Training

The core of Longevity Athletics. Small classes with real coaching attention in every session. You get the energy of a group and the quality of personal training, without the personal training price tag.

Strength Classes

Progressive strength programming using barbells, dumbbells, and other implements. These sessions follow the periodized strength program and are tracked every session.

Conditioning Classes

Smart conditioning work built to improve cardiovascular fitness, athletic output, and energy. Programmed to complement strength training, not compete with it.

Hours & Location

Classes 5am–8pm, Monday through Saturday.

We build our schedule around people who have real lives and real jobs. Early morning, lunch, and evening classes available Monday through Friday, with Saturday morning options.
